AUROVIALUX Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AUROVIALUX, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return terms below.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
     
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
     
  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.
     

Certain products—such as personal care items, customized goods, or clearance items—are non-returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons.
 

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer care team:

  • The product(s) you wish to return
     
  • Reason for return
     

Our team will reply with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
     
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
     

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
Please email photos of the issue to info@sunriseaurovialux.com within 7 days of receipt.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
     
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
     
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@sunriseaurovialux.com.
